Dália performs in many middle-eastern folk festivals in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo and is continually researching new styles. Since 1996 she has kept a belly-dancing studio in the city of Petrópolis open to students from all over and it is in her hometown that she has been teaching this marvelous art. She has been recognized as a great teacher and performer and has been performing in the best party saloons of hotels and clubs in Rio de Janeiro and others states of Brazil .

      In 2000, in New York, she had the opportunity to make classes at Fazil´s studio, with Yousry Sharif and Helena Lentini.She also had been at the studios of Serena and Anahid Sofian, being in touch with their styles and didactics.        In 2000, she won a prize for best folk choreographer of the Lumina Festival, where the judges were the great names of the belly dancing in the world, like Hakia Hassam.

In 2004, she was invited to be a Judge at the Mercado Persa Festival of Rio de Janeiro.

 
 
She was invited to dance in the television novel “The clone", a novel produced by Globo Network Television and worked as a choreographer for another novel of Globo, named “Esperanza”.


 
       
         

Coming from a family of musicians, she started to study bel canto with a great name of Brazilian music, Maestro Wolney Aguiar and then went to music school. Nowadays she is studing at the Music School of the Catholic University of Petrópolis . She sang in the main choir of Petrópolis, in the regency of Maestro Gilberto Bittencourt and in the choir of Calíope of Rio de Janeiro, in the regency of the Maestro Júlio Moretzon. Being a dramatic soprano voice, she sings in the best party saloons of Rio de Janeiro, singing the most famous arias, like Carmen, Aida, La boheme, la Traviata...

       She went to Dirceu de Mattos actor and performing arts school and took many other courses for acting in videos as well as dubbing.Graduated in dubing, she worked for VTI and Cinevideo studios, making voices for animations, tv series and films. She dubbed for the Brazilian TV and acted as protagonist in many plays like Brecht, Ibsen, etc. It's interesting to observe how she can change her figure, expressing the needs of what she is playing with perfection!

     Her last job in the cinema was a part in wich she both sang and acted in the short film "the Hosts", directed by Bruno Garotti.The film is planned to be released in 2007.
